Despite most employers now offering greater flexibility than before the pandemic, working parents are struggling more than ever to juggle their work and home life, according to new research.
The 2024 National Working Families Survey shows that 74% of women feel stressed about balancing their work and family commitments, as do 57% of men – a marked increase from the 51% of women and 34% of men who reported feeling stressed in 2019.
