Prices on the HR Daily website are in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated.
All invoices must be paid by the due date specified by HR Daily. Should debt collection or legal action be required to collect payment any costs incurred will be passed on to the subscriber's organisation.
Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
HR Daily reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate service at any time.
Single-user subscriptions are for use by only one person and are not to be shared, reproduced or redistributed.
Subscriptions can be transferred, on request, to another person working for the subscribed organisation.
Our discounted multi-user subscription rates can be used by individual businesses, charities, agencies and statutory authorities to provide access for their direct employees. Accounts must be billed to a central contact (no split billing). All users must use the same email domain (eg @hrdaily.com.au). It is not permissible to add clients, service providers, members, affiliates, or users working for subsidiary or other related organisations, or to group-buy between separate businesses/operators.
Subscriptions can be transferred, on request, to another person employed by the subscribed organisation.
All HR Daily content and feeds are protected by copyright and provided as a service for subscribers. It is a breach of our copyright to republish or redistribute HR Daily content (including webinar recordings) and feeds without written permission from HR Publications Pty Ltd, the publisher of HR Daily.
HR Daily reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate subscriptions, feeds, or other agreements at any time, without liability.
Do not forward or share HR Daily login details or email alerts. Forwarding an HR Daily email alert jeopardises the security of your subscription details, including contact information, passwords, invoicing and subscription history and permissions.
Our fair usage policy makes generous allowances for occasional sharing within your organisation (see fair usage policy below), however sharing our content with external organisations (including clients, service providers, and subsidiary organisations) is strictly prohibited.
The HR Daily fair usage policy is designed to ensure subscribers are aware of how they can share the information we publish.
We understand that there are occasions when you want to share a particular article with others.
We think it's important for you to be able to do this, but please follow the rules below. Doing so will ensure you don't breach copyright law, or hinder our ability to provide the best, most affordable service we can for our subscribers.
Subscribers can use the 'share' buttons at the top of any page to share an article or webcast with others. Content that is not 'unlocked', however, will require the end-user to login or sign up for a subscription (free or premium).
Subscribers can print paper copies of any article published by HR Daily for distribution and/or display within the subscribing organisation only (this does not include subsidiaries or clients).
Printed articles must not be altered in any way and should clearly display the HR Daily logo. Click the printer icon at the top or bottom of any article to print a page that is appropriate for display.
Examples of distribution permitted under the policy include sharing printed articles among management, displaying them in a reception area, or posting them on a noticeboard.
Subscribers can obtain permission from the editor to reproduce HR Daily articles in internal publications or with external parties. Certain conditions apply – please contact HR Daily's editor with requests.
As well as our daily newsletter, invitations to HR Daily events, and information about other HR Daily and HR Publications services, we will occasionally send subscribers emails on behalf of advertisers to promote their events, services and products. These messages will always be relevant to the HR industry and will never exceed three in a calendar month.
