Women managers, CEOs, strongly linked to lower pay gaps

Employers with a better gender split of managers and senior leaders are far less likely to have a big gender pay gap, WGEA data shows.

As reported in this article, WGEA has today published the pay-gap data of nearly 5,000 employers in the private sector, where each employs at least 100 workers.
