Welcoming back boomerang employees isn't "a recipe for disaster"

As the struggle to find "great quality, committed talent" continues, an executive coach says it's worth telling valued employees who "jump ship" that leaving doesn't mean they can't return.

"As a recruiter, previously I would have said: don't ever do that, don't take people back, it's a recipe for disaster," Vare founder Jade Green tells HR Daily.

"But that's not the trend that I'm seeing at the moment."
