Unsolicited feedback might be "the future of employee listening"

As the need for real-time employee experience insights grows, the realm of "data exhaust" might just be the "future of employee listening", an EX advisor says.

Some 86% of Australian leaders review employee feedback at least quarterly and 15% are now looking at EX insights weekly, Qualtrics head of XM advisory services, APJ Dr Crissa Sumner tells HR Daily.
