A manager has failed to prove an employer's "unethical practices" left him with no choice but to resign, with the Fair Work Commission finding there was "no downside" to making a formal complaint instead.
The MCoBeauty finance and technology manager resigned in June this year and subsequently submitted a general protections application involving dismissal.
But the employer disputed the claim, maintaining the manager had chosen to quit and was not dismissed...
