Time for productivity to "get back to business"

Leaders wanting to get more from their teams are struggling to know how to drive better performance, according to a coach who says it's time to set a new bar.

"The one thing I am hearing a lot of my CEO clients and senior leadership clients saying to me is: I know that I can get more out of my staff, but I don't know how and how far to push at this point," says Next Evolution Performance co-founder and CEO Vanessa Bennett.

Leaders are noting a "lack of energy" among their team members and, as work/life lines have blurred and mental health awareness has become more acute, they're questioning their traditional approaches.
