Time for DEI leaders to get clear on their non-negotiables

Recent years have seen DEI prioritised like never before, but if leaders want to maintain momentum in the face of financial uncertainty, they will need to be clear on what's negotiable, and what's not.

Gartner senior principal, advisory, Jasleen Kaur, who's spent the last few years working closely with heads of HR and DEI on their business cases, says that for the majority of organisations, building buy-in is done.
