The "silver bullet" elevating women's confidence at work

Women struggle more than men with confidence issues in the workplace, according to a leadership coach, but there is a "silver bullet" solution.

Women's lack of confidence largely stems from having a "very loud" inner critic, Women Rising CEO Megan Dalla-Camina tells HR Daily.

Her organisation surveyed 1,200 women from various employment industries, experience levels and roles, and found that 53% tell themselves "I'm not good enough"; 45% tell themselves "I'm not smart enough"...
