Successfully leveraging AI requires a foundation of employee trust

Employees' enthusiasm to get on board with automation and AI-based changes at work hinges on transparent communication by HR about the integration, says a workplace advisory expert.

AI is expected to boost productivity by 3.4 percentage points this year and could help automate and support tasks that take up to 70% of employees' time, says Qualtrics principal behavioural scientist, Dr Cecelia Herbert.
