Six "default settings" are letting leaders down

The root of most business leaders' problems isn't a lack of effort, it's the unexamined "default settings" of their "mental operating system", an executive coach says.

According to Ella Zhang, a great number of business leaders "put blood, sweat and tears into their work, but still end up wondering where things went wrong".
