Requiring employee to sit near bully aggravated her "fragile mental state"

An employer has been ordered to resume an employee's workers' compensation payments, after a commission found that requiring her to return to work with a bully colleague aggravated her psychological injury.

From early 2021, the Toyota Material Handling rental and refurbishment administrator experienced interpersonal conflict with the colleague, who she claimed "constantly disrespected, isolated and berated" her.
