Questioning employee's underperformance was bullying and harassment

Regularly questioning an employee about why he wasn't completing his assigned tasks amounted to bullying and harassment, and caused his psychological injury, a commission has ruled.

The Point 2 Point security coin collector sought workers' compensation after being diagnosed with an adjustment disorder with mixed depression and anxiety, which he claimed was caused by bullying and harassment.

But the employer denied liability on the basis his injury resulted from a reasonable performance appraisal...
