The link between psychological safety and high performance is still "absolutely" overlooked by many employers, which might be ignoring some workplace warning signs, an organisational performance specialist says.
Psychological safety can be high on the agenda, even front-and-centre from a people and inclusion or learning and development perspective, but particularly when it's not connected to the bottom line, it can be "diluted and lost" elsewhere, says Springfox CEO Peta Sigley.
