"Micro recoveries" a critical tool in building resilience levels

Employees can face a myriad of stressors daily, but incorporating "micro recoveries" into their work practices helps to boost their ability to respond, according to a performance consultant.

Winter Olympic gold medallist and resilience consultant Alisa Camplin-Warner says there are a few myths about resilience that can hold employees back from developing it.
