Most employers have rolled out training and policies to address psychosocial risks, but managers are now feeling the extra burden of driving behavioural change, a conflict specialist warns.
"Organisations have gone straight to the things that they can control," says Lindall West, managing director of conflict support platform Ombpoint.
"So they've gone and they've rolled out the training, they've improved policies, they've had organisations like ourselves come in and actually support them from an independence perspective..."
