Leaders need more people who "challenge" them

Leaders who fail to recognise how they lead are harming their ability to create change for themselves and their organisation, according to a workplace culture expert.

Leaders can often default into bad leadership habits, and not know how to prioritise competing demands. But now more than ever, it's important for them to constantly challenge themselves, and be surrounded by team members who also challenge them, says Michelle Gibbings.
