HR "overwhelmed" by demand for support amid connection challenges

Building a strong culture is still a top priority for HR professionals, but they're grappling with how to ensure dispersed workers feel a sense of connection and belonging, engagement data shows.

Culture Amp is seeing many clients focusing on how to build culture with a remote workforce, says director of people science Chloe Hamman.

Employers are asking, "how can we build a culture across multiple locations, and how can people really start to feel connected, because people are saying, 'we feel like our work just isn't special anymore' and 'I don't enjoy it as much as I used to'".
