How leading HR teams are tackling six key HR challenges

At leading-edge employers, all former HR playbooks are "out the window" and they're focused on six key areas to move from "flux" to "flow", according to KPMG research.

KPMG surveyed 300 global HR leaders about their biggest challenges, narrowing in on six key areas; it then explored these with 12 organisations they identify as 'Pathfinders' – those among the top 10% and "truly setting the example and navigating the course".

"Pathfinders of 2022 are putting bold people strategies at the heart of their decisions and find themselves reaping the competitive advantage amid the 'Great Reconsideration'," according to KPMG International global head of people and change centre of excellence Robert Bolton.

In setting out examples of how they approach evolving challenges, he says "learning from the Pathfinders does not mean directly copying what they do"...
