How leaders role model wellbeing at a global mindfulness company

A significant divide between employees' and CEOs' perceptions of workplace mental health support suggests employers must do more to communicate their benefits, a global people leader says.

Recent research by Headspace App reveals an "interesting dynamic", says global chief people officer Désirée Pascual: some 41% of CEOs say their organisations are maintaining their pandemic-induced focus on mental health support, but only 25% of employees believe that's the case.
