Future of work a key challenge for legislators, businesses

Employers alone can't respond to the shift in what employees now want from work, and meeting expectations will require legislators to step in, a briefing heard this week.

Commenting on findings from the latest Elmo Employee Sentiment Index, Elmo CEO Danny Lessem says "it's become quite evident that [employees] have very different expectations than they had previously in terms of how they view work".
