Founder involvement turbocharges EVP for emerging talent

A mentoring program that links junior employees to the company's founder is turbocharging engagement and giving participants crucial insights as to how a business is run, its HR leader says.

PharmaCare Laboratories launched its Marketing Advantage Program (MVP) last year to "really leverage and take advantage of [its] internal resources", head of people and culture Rebecca Page tells HR Daily.

"Marketing is a really core part of our business. We're a house of brands... So it's quite key that our marketers, in particular, know how to reach our customers," she says...
