Focus on flexibility "trinity", not just shorter weeks

Many employers now think a four-day week will help them win the talent war, but a transformation specialist warns this concept is only conditionally appealing.

According to recent Citrix research, 90% of Australian employees would accept a four-day work week if their employer offered it.

But 74% would only accept this if it meant receiving their same salary.

"People are saying – from the research – that first and foremost, the idea of a four-day work week is really attractive, however, there's some conditions on that... and I think that's really important to highlight," says Citrix ANZ managing director Martin Creighan...
