EVPs lack differentiation; talent want to see claims in action

Organisations are overlooking some obvious ways to illustrate and support their employer branding claims, according to new research that assesses 140 EVPs.

Peak Corporate Solutions undertook the research from the perspective of a prospective candidate, and examined what organisations in 10 different industries were saying about themselves in publicly available information such as their careers page or website, says director Malcolm Peak.
