Employers must listen to young voices: Malala Yousafzai

Organisations have to make more effort to "see the world through the perspectives of people from different backgrounds", according to Nobel Peace Prize winner and activist Malala Yousafzai.

"I think the more knowledge, the more perspectives that we have, the better we are in our own lives – to make better decisions, to come up with better solutions and to ensure that we are acting more responsibly," she has told last week's Coca-Cola DEI Summit.

To create change, organisations need to involve those who inspire it, she says, and they need to regularly reevaluate who that is...
