Employer welcomes 45 more staff to "quarter century club"

An organisation with a "really dedicated focus" on retaining talent has just welcomed 45 new members to its "quarter century club".

The induction of employees from Kimberly-Clark Australia's Millicent Mill, where 450 of the organisation's 700 employees are based, saw the number of existing and former employees in the club reach 440.

KCA HR director Sarah Schmalz says the 150-year-old organisation has been inducting employees into its quarter century club since the mid-1980s. The recent night of feasting, speeches, music and reminiscing was the first it has held since the pandemic and, in keeping with tradition, former employees who belong to the club were also invited to attend...
