An employer has been found vicariously liable for sexual harassment and assault, with a tribunal criticising its "manifestly inadequate" response to an employee's complaints.
The beauty therapist claimed her former employer was liable for her co-worker's harassing behaviour, while its sole director assisted, authorised and/or encouraged his conduct.
