Employees struggling to 'be themselves' most likely to burn out

Too many employees are burning out because they cannot be themselves at work, but a factor complicating this issue is that most people "don't know who they are".

This is the view of BeYourself@Work CEO Liz Villani, who says leaders have an important role to play in helping their employees be the best version of themselves in the workplace.
