Employee wins psych claim despite "flawed" perception of events

An employee who alleged he was bullied and harassed at work has won his psychological injury claim, with a commission finding that as long as the events were "real" it did not matter that his perception of them was flawed.

NSW Personal Injury Commission Member Josephine Bamber accepted that the events alleged by the employee did occur, which caused him to view his work environment to be hostile, and it wasn't relevant that his perception was, at times, unreasonable.
