Employee suggestions boost mobility, collaboration, knowledge-sharing

An employer that encourages curiosity, problem-solving, risk-taking and challenging the status quo says some of its most successful HR initiatives were prompted by employee suggestions.

Analytics software and solutions provider SAS was recently recognised with an international innovation award, and senior HR manager Libby Shade tells HR Daily it's the result of deliberate focus and investment.
