Cultural pillars and flexible "philosophy" at centre of workspace design

An employer has crafted its "workplace of the future", weaving its cultural pillars into the design to attract employees to the office as hybrid work becomes the new norm, its people leader says.

Healthcare employer Haleon's culture is built on three pillars: 'go beyond'; 'do what matters most'; and 'keep it human', says ANZ head of HR, Abby Krauce.

"These are the cultural pillars that we identified back in 2021... and they're really the things that our employees have connected to over the past couple of years."

Haleon split from British parent company GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) this year, and Krauce tells HR Daily the organisation had been working on crafting its culture for a while before the move...
