Organisations considered leaders in workforce resilience have a fully developed strategy for engaging contingent workers, rather than viewing them as a "stop-gap" solution, a talent expert says.
The 2023 KellyOCG Global Re:work Report – based on survey data from 1,500 executives and 4,200 employees from 11 countries (including 300 people in Australia) – adds to the evidence that businesses are facing a "talent crisis" that is impacting their ability to grow and respond to new opportunities.
