CEOs lacking skills to lead digitally transformed businesses

Most CEOs outside the IT function don't have high digital dexterity, and this is making them more likely to push for office returns, an HR advisor warns.

Research shows that during the pandemic, digital transformation for many organisations was accelerated by five-to-10 years, says Gartner research and advisory vice president Aaron McEwan.
