Case study: A collaborative approach to refreshing employee experience

An organisation has revamped its employee experience by taking the existing "goodness" and making it more consistent across the business, its people leader says.

Media agency Initiative recently launched its new employee experience program, dubbed Ini-Centives, following a period of strong growth.

"It's about the end-to-end experience that anybody has when they come to join Initiative, from the moment that they first hear about us in the market – so this could be years before they ever join – all the way through to recruitment, signing contracts, onboarding, and through their career development stage... all the way into offboarding," says national head of employee experience Elyse Foley.

"[It's about] making sure that there's a really consistent experience that puts the employee at the centre..."
