ANZ has made its employee experience data available to all its workers, in a shift towards greater accountability and transparency.

"Everyone can look up any leader and see their engagement and results, drivers, answer to every question," says ANZ product owner, culture and engagement, Sarah Traynor.

This doesn't include qualitative data – "we didn't open up comments", she told the recent Qualtrics XM on Tour event.

And within the first week of making the data available, 17,000 employees accessed the dashboard...
