Ally network benefits extend beyond inclusion

Organisations with strong diversity training programs achieve not only higher levels of inclusion and wellbeing, but also greater productivity, an Australian academic says.

"While this is an intuitive idea, research demonstrating this was surprisingly sparse – until now," says University of Queensland associate professor Francisco Perales.

"HR teams within organisations need to be aware of this reality and work proactively to provide the necessary conditions and resources so that these activities can take place."
