Investigation 'left much to be desired' but didn't force resignation

An investigation into alleged misconduct was "sub-standard" but did not amount to repudiation of an employee's contract, the Fair Work Commission has found in a constructive dismissal dispute.

Between March 2021 and November 2023, the employee worked as a project manager at various mining sites in Western Australia, for civil and mining contractor Eastern Guruma Pty Ltd.
