The best employers are listening more frequently to feedback, but some are still falling down when it comes to making workers feel heard and connected, a people leader says.
The topics employers are most interested in hearing about from workers include the candidate experience, wellbeing, engagement, learning and development, and future work experience, says Julia Anas, chief people officer at experience analytics provider Qualtrics.
