Talent development a key priority as AI shifts skills landscape

The skills needed for a job in Australia are expected to change by a "staggering" 66% by 2030 due to the impact of artificial intelligence, according to new LinkedIn research.

Against this backdrop, 90% of companies in Australia say they plan to enhance their people's skills and abilities this year.
