Navigating 'tricky' issues in sexual harassment complaints

Investigating workplace sexual harassment is 'tricky' at the best of times, but a rise in historical complaints is adding further complexity, a lawyer says.

In a new HR Daily Premium webcast, Ashurst partner Tamara Lutvey notes that "memories can fade over time" and this can cause questions to be asked around the weight to be given to evidence.
