More listening, but not enough action on EX

HR leaders are listening to employees more frequently, but not necessarily taking enough action based on these insights, new research suggests.

More than half of HR leaders (57%) are now running employee feedback programs every quarter, at a minimum, according to Qualtrics' 2023 State of HR report, which involved 2,400 respondents across Australia and New Zealand.
