Why leaders must put their own oxygen masks on first

As burnout continues to impact workplaces, it's more important than ever for leaders to be positive role models and "guard" their own wellbeing.

To achieve this, leaders can pick one "not-negotiable" item that will contribute to the upkeep of their own mental health, Centre for Corporate Health director of psychological services Rachel Clements says in a new HR Dailly Premium webcast.
