HR professionals in high demand for retention and hybrid strategies

Some 86% of employers are now concerned about losing their top employees, with HR set to play an integral role in the competitive talent market, new research shows.

Meanwhile with 59% of employees currently working remotely at least some of the time, employers need skilled HR practitioners who can navigate the hybrid environment, according to Robert Half's 2022 Salary Guide.
