HR has "increasingly difficult" job delivering on employee expectations

Some two-thirds of employees believe their work experience can be better, but the figure is even higher among HR professionals, new research shows. Meanwhile cost-of-living pressures are impacting the workplace.

Some 78% of HR leaders agree their organisations can do more to improve the employee experience, but almost all (97%) say it has become increasingly difficult to navigate the constant change of today's workplace, according to an HR pulse survey.

And 96% of HR leaders don't believe they have the right tools to support business and employee demands, while 78% admit they need to rethink their people strategy...
