Future skill pathways an essential retention tool

HR has a major opportunity to get on the strategic business agenda by improving its workforce intelligence, research suggests.

Such insights should act as an organisation's "central nervous system", providing leading indicators and information on where the workforce is heading, according to a new report from workforce intelligence platform Reejig.
