Employees "courting" counter-offers for job improvements

Employers are being compelled to "up their game" as they try to attract and retain talent, and HR is in high demand to improve onboarding and hiring procedures, new research shows.

Some 96% of employers believe it's challenging to hold on to a candidate during the recruitment process and not lose them to a competitor, according to Robert Half's updated 2022 Salary Guide.
