Closing Loopholes Bill passes; expect "profound" impacts
Employers can expect the Closing Loopholes legislation to have some "profound" impacts on their workplace practices, a lawyer says.
The Closing Loopholes No. 2 Bill has today passed the House of Representatives, including amendments made in the Senate last week.
