Changing workplace scenarios call for leaders to wear six 'shoes'

Despite affecting "a hell of a lot" of the workplace climate for their people, many leaders don't give enough thought to adapting their style to the moment, a coach and advisor says.

This impact on "what it feels like to be on [the] team" and even the energy employees take home means it's critical for leaders to change their leadership "shoes" to suit different scenarios, says Growth Wave managing director Yan Kruger in a new HR Daily Premium webcast.
