Artificial intelligence is often associated with job loss, but according to a study led by Charles Darwin University, it could also help employers to avoid it.
The study, led by CDU faculty of science and technology associate professor Niusha Shafiabady, used AI modelling to predict the ability of various organisations to respond to change brought about by factors such as market competition, economic pressures, and emerging technology.
