Leaders at risk of decision fatigue and loneliness

"Every leader" suffers decision fatigue at some point, and many are also "very lonely" in their roles, according to a leadership specialist.

A "root cause" of these issues is that many decisions, and responsibility for the outcomes, lies with one person, says The Executive Connection MD Stephanie Christopher.

"I think every leader goes through this at some point. Every single leader, at three in the morning, is awake at some point, because of a problem and [wonders] 'how am I going to handle this?'"...
